|Title||[Asia Today] Mercedes-Benz Social Contribution Committee Launches 11th Mobile Academy Exploration Program in Germany|
The Mercedes-Benz Social Contribution Committee announced on November 21 that the 11th best student from the Mercedes-Benz Mobile Academy visited the German headquarters.
Mercedes-Benz Mobile Academy is an industry-academic cooperation program that provides Mercedes-Benz's excellent technology and global education know-how to domestic automotive departments. It expands your knowledge and helps you navigate your career.
The seven-day German headquarters tour program was attended by 15 students who attended the Mobile Academy in the second semester of 2019.
A total of 72 graduates were produced through 11 mobile academies, and excellent students were selected through a comprehensive evaluation of multi-faceted evaluations, presentation results, and grades during one semester.
Participants will be able to repair and restore Mercedes-Benz Classic Vehicles in the German headquarters, as well as training centers and vehicle processes to train trainers around the world through the Mercedes-Benz Museum and state-of-the-art AR training solutions. We had a tour of the Sindelfingen production plant where you can experience the process. Participants also visited the Unimog Museum to experience Mercedes-Benz special purpose vehicles.
Meanwhile, the Mobile Academy, which has been in operation since 2014 by the Mercedes-Benz Social Contribution Committee along with the Children's Welfare Foundation and the Future Foundation, has provided lectures and training vehicles to 12 domestic automobile-related universities. Among them, 140 excellent students were given the opportunity to visit the German headquarters. In particular, about 50% of the students who have visited the German headquarters until the last semester have been employed in the Mercedes-Benz network, making it a successful industrial-academic cooperation program.
